So recently I’ve been in the habit of waking up every morning with some good tunes and stretching.
I personally believe by doing so every morning you’re able to:
1. wake up your soul
2. wake up your body
Now if I could find a way to wake up my mind, I would go ahead and add that to the list somehow, however for the most part I realized that that’s pretty dependent on my mindset/emotion/blah blah.
Anyway some of the amazing albums I’ve been listening to recently have been:
